Location- Marrickville I'm on leave from all courses until 2022. Our courses take place in Marrickville, in the Innerwest of Sydney on Tuesday evenings. Courses run out of the premises of Ferncourt Public School in Premier St. There is easy access to public transport and parking. MBSR 2021 Course Costs Courses will recommence in 2022 Zoom Course Full fee: $520.00 Centrelink & F/T student concession: $400.00* Early bird: To be booked by Jan 19 $500.00 Face to Face Course Full Fee: $565 Early bird: $495 Concession: $400 Repeat: $500.00 Private Health Funds Members of Teachers Health Fund, Uni Health and Nurses and Midwives Health are eligible for a small rebate in both courses with top extras cover. Subsidies and payment plans: some subsidised positions are available where the course fees are a barrier to participation. Please call to discuss.*No concession fee is available where the course fee is being paid by a funding body or workplace. Living Mindfully With Compassion Flat rate of $495. Please note that there are limited spots in this course. Please contact me asap if require a subsidy for the course. Just 1 spot remains in this course. Please contact me if you are interested. Course Refund Policy We understand there are times when you may need to drop out of a course. Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the course commencing will be refunded in full minus a $50.00 administration fee. There is no guaranteed refund for later cancellations. If you do need to withdraw from the course and the reason for withdrawal could not have been anticipated prior to paying for the course, please complete a contact form outlining the reason for the withdrawal and a phone number where you can be reached in case of questions. It is likely that you will be given a pro-rata credit to take the course again within a 6 month period. |
Quarterly Day of Mindfulness Once you have done a MBSR course you are welcome to return and join a Day of Mindfulness. Our next Day of Mindfulness March 14, 2021, The cost is $30.00. 
Mindfulness for Teachers To enquire about this NESA accredited course running in-house in your school, please complete the contact form on this page. This course occasionally runs in Marrickville as an open-course for teachers from many schools. Fill out a contact form if you would like to be notified of future courses. Mindful Parenting for parents of a child with a disability or developmental delay You may be able to pay for this course from your NDIS package - Capacity Building Budget - Development of Daily Living and Life Skills - Improved daily living skills - Training For Carers/Parents. We bill for 8x 90 min sessions at the recommended rate. Please complete a contact form if interested and we will respond. Zoom Circle of Security in your home Organise a course with friends to be run on Zoom. The cost will be a $400 per session for the group .
